I have two forms that collect all the information I need to complete your mastering session. These forms below are also linked on every page of this website in the "Quick Links" section on the bottom left. Here they are:
Client Information Form
The Client Information Form collects all the information needed to generate and send an invoice. Send this form in if you are a new client and I don't already have your billing and contact information for who is in charge of paying invoices. I can also send written quotes if you need formal quotes for approval, use this form to let me know who to send the quote to.
Track Sequence Form
The Track Sequence Form or Session Information Form collects all the information about your project. This form needs filled out for every project we do. All this information is either included in your master or encoded in your files, so it's important everything is spelled right and how you want it to appear on release. This form is the waypoint in the session booking process that you will secure a date on the calendar. Until this form is submitted, you will not be guaranteed a date. The confirmation email will have instructions on how to send your mixes. You can forward this email to your engineer, producer, or whoever is responsible for sending the mixes.
